I am sorry to say this, but i am pretty sure these websites are not selling anything, but are just informative…

I don’t know much about the 2nd OVA album since i do not have much Anime knowledge.. but if it’s out of print, you’r only chance will be "serious" anime shops that sells old goodies, and auctions (probably Japanese ones, and they do not ship outside Japan like usual..)

The anime cds I bought it are really from japanese auctions
