There is a "soundtrack" out there, but it contains a bunch of random vocal tracks that, with the exception of the opening theme music, have nothing to do with the show or Mega Man in general. As far as I am aware, none of the music has been released. I heard that some of it was used in the DBZ Ocean dub (though I haven’t found any specific examples). So unfortunately, this soundtrack is beyond hard to find; it’s impossible.
