Sigh. Instead of waiting three months for this silly looking guy to get around to this simple work for you, just do it yourself in like ten minutes:

1. Download foobar2000 (http://www.foobar2000.org/download).
2. Download foo_gep plugin (http://kode54.foobar2000.org/).
3. Download Rolling Thunder nsf files (http://nsf.joshw.info/r/).
4. Cut and paste foo_gep files in the components folder of foobar2000.
5. Download the LAME 3.98.4 exe. (http://www.rarewares.org/mp3-lame-bundle.php)
6. Open the nsf files in foobar2000.
7. Right click on the tracks and click Convert.
8. Choose LAME MP3 and configure it’s settings. Hit convert, it will ask you to locate the lame.exe (which we downloaded in step 5).

I actually recommend using the NEZplug++ plugin (http://down.emucr.com/v1/WX91DWH3) with Winamp (http://www.winamp.com/) for nsf. But foo_gep is good too.
