Alright, I cant seem to find this music on either soundtrack (though I could easily be missing it), and Yahoo Answers hasn’t been any help.

I don’t know about the Code Geass soundtrack, but maybe you could just DL the music using Vixy (http://vixy.net/)? Paste the video URL into the text field and select MP3 (audio only).
