Is what true? That person doesn’t even say what their allegations are, besides the name thing. If you can even call that an allegation. The entire ordeal (including that series of "warning posts") has been covered in the donation thread already, if you want to take a look through it.

The owner says it costs $2,000 per month to pay the bills, and says he lost $60,000. I don’t know how he is still able to pay for the site and think he is really just using donated money on hookers and blow.

anyone who doesn’t understand that a site like this costs an absurd amount of money to run knows next to nothing about the intertrons.

While I thank you for replying Sarah, I could care less if you are transgendered. I mean that in the sense I don’t care if you are male, female, or whatever, someone who can have this much music, and be willing to share it with other people, is incredibly awesome in my book. My, ah, curioisty was about the use of the money. TBH, I think you are a good person, and I have no reason to distrust you, I just wanted to know if it was true or not. Sadly, I don’t have the means to donate {I don’t have a Paypal account :(} But, I honestly wish for nothing but the best for this website and its services, and I hope it gets back onto it’s feet soon. And yes, I think I can guess how expensive this site can be to run, what with the gargantuan amount of music it has.

If you had no intention of donating, then why create this thread?
