Final Fantasy XIII release date

Not totally confirmed but gives us a little cushion as to when its gonna come out.

According to the January 2009 Gameinformer magazine:

We’ew hearing that the release date for Final Fantasy XIII is starting to come into view. Square Enix plans to bring the game out in Japan during the 2009 holiday season, with a U.S. release date sometime in 2010. This could be as early as summer 2010 or as late as holiday 2010.

Just figured i’d post.. haven’t in a while.

Yeah, I’d take a bet on thinking that this seems to be a accurate release window, based on what we have seen of the game so far.

Well FFXIII is being released during the holiday season (12.17.2009) and there will be a limited edition of the game alone, or if you take showers daily in $100 bills, there is a very limited 250GB PS3 slim edition up for grabs. Info coming straight from Japan (where I happen to be at the moment).

And at the TGS there was a "special trailer" for FFXIII about an advanced release but I don’t want to spoil anything for you guys.

I would like to assume that the US release will most likely be around late Q1 to early Q2.

But as new information becomes available this is all I have to give for now.
