At 0:51, that would be the original Street Fighter II theme in CPS II format. In Super Street Fighter II Turbo, it’s used as the player select music (and it should be noted that it is NEVER used in Super, only Super Turbo).

Hm…That’s probably why I heard the song when I played Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo HD remix on classic.
