Neighbours from Hell Soundtrack (PC)

i dont know whether anyone is looking for this soundtrack but i am very very happy to have found it. actually created it. ripped it. well i myself was aching to find the music playing all over in the game. the menu, the in-game, the intro, outro, every single music was perfect. and there was no soundtrack anywhere. then i suddenly woke up and remembered how i ripped CoD:WaW. simply opened the sfxdata files with WINRAR. and extracted to desktop. bang. simple files like mp3s.

now i dont know whether anyone else is going to be able to play these files. because they are some weird format called MPEG Layer 3 Audio file. i don’t remember downloading any weird codec packs to play these audios but i MIGHT be wrong and these files can only be played by some codec packs. so to find out whether they are working on anyone else or not, i’m uploading only one track.

note again: i was able to play them in winamp and windows media player without a codec expansion.

if anyone could return to me with info about the track (being able to play like an mp3 file) i would be delighted and also would upload the whole bunch of perfect jazzy funky music. there the track goes:
