Hey me too! I’ve had DC2 in the wrapping for a few years because of the stellar reviews and cheap price, but I was always too busy to play it – When I finally opened it about a year ago, I found that it really is an engrossing game. The graphics are amazing, and draw you in similar to Kingdom Hearts. The photo / recipe mode was too much for me though at the time; I spent hours taking pictures of everything just to see what I could synthesize without a walkthrough. The towns are highly detailed… I wish I had played it right upon its release, then I could have invested more time in it. I still haven’t beaten it – but someday. I don’t remember the music very well, but hopefully listening to this will re-light my curiosity. Great Post!

it sounds like a final fantasy ost but with less electronic sounds.
