PSP Ripping Help

I’m ripping a PSP game for the audio. I found a bunch of .skx audio files. I can’t open them, convert them, or unpack them. Can someone give me a link to a codec to convert or a program that can read and convert these files? I will be extremely thankful if someone can help me out.
