Can someone please help me

I need some help on searching for the possibly unofficial album called Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, it was made for the Gameboy Advance and usually can be confused for it’s 3rd dimensional counterpart known as Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories, if an album cannot be found, can someone please find the song Lazy Afternoon that is also part of the game, that’s all i really need.
