I having trouble getting on this site http://www.kh-media.com/forums/ because it says Im forbidden whenever I attempt to get on. I got on a few times & it said that my account was subspended even though it wasnt. I was able to get on the site a few times without any problems. Is it my computer or the site itself? thanks. If its working then I dont know whats going on. I was able to get for along time yesterday.

It means that only a select few are able to access it, my guess would be it is currently under construction, and they are keeping people out until it is done. 403s generally mean that you don’t have the qualifications to view whatever you are trying to. Meaning the webmaster turned on the safety settings to keep people without FTP access out. The best advice I could give you is wait, it’ll probably be back up soon. Worst case scenario: the site was hacked, and somebody shut it down from the inside.
