It is a nice placement. The only problem I had was that I do not think Golbez was all to evil. Maybe a good 8, but not as high as he was.

But, it is a matter of opinion, but you DID put a nice placement in the video.

Everything was well done.

I like the music and feel you made appropriate choices – with the exception of Genesis.

Perhaps if he was #1 and the list was "Biggest Jokes in Final Fantasy" then he would have a proper placement 🙂

The only thing I disagree on is the placement of Vayne. I mean, he wasn’t even that convincing of a bad guy. I’d put him behind Sin/Jecht any day of the week.

Really? Jecht is kind of a tool (keep in mind it’s been a long while since I’ve played X so my memory of him is a little fuzzy). Vayne has real ambition; he is cold and calculating. He might be the first fully clothed FF villain but that doesn’t mean he is isn’t convincing! Though – much like FFXII’s story – Vayne’s motives are lost in a mire of grey morality. His overall objective was to

free humanity from the grips of the Occuria. Though – this resolution lead to the destruction of small nations like Nabudis (sp?) and Dalmasca. His uncaring for human life most definitely is not in the same ballpark as say … Jenova who wanted to end it.

I suppose it is a matter of perspective. I find Vayne’s indifference to life to be quite chilling.

I actually prefer Vayne to the stereotypical ‘I want to destroy/take over the world’ villain. It just seems closer to life…

Great organizing the video. The way u presented each villian was really cool.

However, I think that Ultimecia was way more of a villian than Vayne and Golbez.

But Well Done Man..good work.

I wasn’t a huge fan of VIII and X, and didn’t really play much of IX so my list would be a little skewed, but Kefka would be at the top, simply because if you really think about it, he won. He betrayed the Emperor, destroyed the world, and became a god that is until some punk heroes came and took him down 😛

Sephiroth would be a close second, while certainly not as insane as Kefka, he did manage to kill a fairly major character. That gets brownie points in my book

The lack of ExDeath and Sephiroth even being on this list, yet alone above Golbez, saddens me a lot.

Hmm yea Sephiroth is seen by many people as THE ultimate villain.
