Greetings to everyone. This is my first time posting in the forum, but I’m already used to search the site for video-game soundtracks since january. You people do a great work around here.

I have been looking for the OST of a Genesis (SEGA’s Mega Drive) game for a long time, called Captain Lang (or High Seas Havoc), made by the defunct Data East Corporation, but couldn’t find it here or anywhere in the MP3 format (I have tryied using the "search" button and looking at other threads, but with no success). Would someone please be generous and upload an album with it’s soundtracks here, if not asking too much?

Sorry for the bad english, but i’m not very fluent. I can read and understand english well, but writing is a bit difficult. My trick is using Wikipedia to help build the text to be comprehensible. But does someone know a good site with a translator? 🙂

Thanks in advance!

Oh man,Havoc. It’s probably among my most favorite Genesis games ever.

One reason is the fact that it’s one of the hardest fucking platformers I ever played. And I don’t mean hard in a cheap "blarg i ded" Battletoads way or JESUS FUCKING CHRIST LOOK AT ALL THOSE GODDAMNED EAGLES Ninja Gaiden way. It’s hard in a good way. The levels themselves aren’t too bad, though they are challenging, but it’s all about the bosses. The last two in particular are hideously brutal. To beat them, you need 100+% concentration, reaction of a sugar-addicted 10-year-old and firm knowledge of the boss’ attack and movement patterns. You lose your stride for a second, you’re brown bread. This game don’t fuck around. Seriously,it’s not uncommon to arrive to the end of second-to-last level with 50+ lives to spare and lose half of them in the span of the next hour.

Another reason it’s awesome is an outstanding soundtrack.

Seconding this request.

Can’t anyone make a rip of the game of anything else? It would be much appreciated. :puppydog: Trust me, the game has some good and interesting tracks.
