Does anyone know where I can find the soundtrack for Pokemon (the show-english version) the very early seasons. Say season 1-3??

Here’s the link to the forum page. It’s toward the bottom of the first post. There is a second soundtrack out there with a bit more music from the first season, and several songs from the Gold & Silver and Advanced seasons, specifically battle songs. That album is called Genki!! Ippai!! Pokemon Music Collection.
Note that these albums are BGM. The main theme is on the GH main page under gh.ffshrine.org/soundtracks/p in the album 2 Be a Master.
