Final Fantasy Nostalgia, Early Release (45MB)

Well it got finished a bit sooner then I expected it to, and by finished I mean fixing up few minor nitpicks here and there, and well here it is. Also for those that are slightly confused, here’s a copy&paste from the sample topic I made

What if Final Fantasy Nostalgia? Well it’s a little project I’m working on. It’s basically a group of Final Fantasy songs arranged by various (2-3) artists, including me. Since this is the first one, it’s only tackling Final Fantasy VI, to X. If this album gets good reception then more will definitely be made and will be tackling other Final Fantasy games. Including Final Fantasy XIII, though the music choice on that is obviously really limited since there’s only 1-2 tracks heard from it so far. To finally note, each album will also consist of a Bonus track that is an original song create done by me.

I like the fact that you have both remixes and some orchestrated pieces, a lot of albums out there are remixed, but I like the combination of remixed and orchestrated ones 🙂 Kudos!!

Oh snap I forgot to update the post without, yeah there was one but it was more like out of edited CG images. Yeah hopefully if this does get good reception then a second album will come to mind. Actually remixes are being worked on right now, but just soloing currently. If this does get nice reception then it’ll definetly be another collaboration work, at the same time though I’d like for other people to jump in the mix as well.

Though I’m also hoping to find somoene as well who’s really good at doing covers, rather it’d be nice photoshoping or even original artwork would do.

I usually don’t like rock remixes, but your Rock Mix of Those Who Fight is pretty good !!

I second that, and the part at 1:40 when things start calming down, so perfectly done 🙂 In my opinion, this version is even better than the Advent Children one 🙂

one track i wasn’t impressed with was the final fantasy x normal battle.. i can’t even say why really, i guess it was boring, sorry.

Also haha yeah FF Nostalgia 2 is definitely going to be on it’s way as well though using tracks from various Final Fantasies instead of focusing on 6-10. It’ll also include one of the new tracks from Advent Children.

Again, nostalgia is dependent on the person.
I don’t get "nostalgic" for games unless they were pre-ps1 era, but my half-bro’s first system was a ps1.
How the hell can he get "nostalgic" over shit he doesn’t really "get".

The new kids don’t understand why "old folks" get all…idk…teary eyed over FF3(6) or talk of the "Sonic vs Mario" wars.
