Hi everyone,
As my fourth video game soundtrack, I thought I would post the music to one of my favorite games from the Playstation One (a.k.a. "PSX"). "Clock Tower", originally released in 1996 by ASCII Entertainment, was a point-and-click survival horror game. The Plot: mysterious murders are happening in Oslo, Norway–presumably by a creepy stalker who goes by the name ‘Scissorman’. The object is to solve the murders as well as uncover Scissorman’s true identity.

The soundtrack is ripped using the PSXMc program. Each track is converted from WAV format to MP3 format. There’s no official track listing, but the track numbers range from 88 to 343. Most of the tracks are sound effects or conversations between the main characters. However, the must-have tracks are #327 and #328–the famous ‘chase’ music segments that play in the game when Scissorman is "on the prowl".

Definately downloading this one. I remember playing this when I was about 12-13 with a friend late at night in the dark and actually getting creeped out by the clanging scissor sound. Even though the game was kinda annoying gameplay wise (and way too quiet in cutscenes lol), it was definately unique and original and all that.

Thank you!
I loved this game and it scared the heck out of me, partly due the crazy tune when Scissorman creeps up on you.

Great. Many thanks, nexusdarkblue. I’ve been nostalgia tripping the old Clock Tower games recently in anticipation of the series’ spiritual successor NightCry.
Clock Tower 2 for the PSX (or just Clock Tower in the west) is still my all time favourite in the series. Everything was/is so good about it, even the many janky, clunky parts. Soundtrack is absolutely fantastic, too! Thanks for this upload.
