Well, in city I live.. I get little AD magazine called the "Penny Saver" every few times a week.
Anyway, at the back of the AD.. There’s always this..
Have You Seen Me? description of two missing people (usually a child and adult. With both missing for like 5-7 years max)
And then they’d post the pics with the info below (DoB, height, weight, eye/hair color)..
Anyway especially when the kids are really young.. I don’t know who makes it.. But somebody.. Uses an imaging program to make the face of the kid–on what he/she would look in the current day (even though the poor kid is probably dead or abucted and sent to another country via hostage kidnap)…
And below the pic it would say
