Why’s my download speed at gh.ffshrine.org so slow?

Can anyone tell my why’s my download speed so slow at gh.ffshrine.org? i can’t download any file completely at all. I downloaded at that page with very fast speed before, but now the speed is so terrible :((, pleaze help me!

Sometimes that happens with me too but usually it gets fixed after a while. What I’m still dealing with is not being able to resume any of the downloads, are you having that problem too? it’s very annoying.

of course i can’t resume download. because of downloading at slow speed and can not resume it make me hopeless to download completely a song 🙁

maybe the reason is my bad connection, my speed is often at 10 kbs but at night is increase to 60kbs, so i have to spend all night and rest at morning :((
