Why not uploaded to the gh.ffshrine site?

Because only Sarah can upload to Galbadia Hotel and that hasn’t been updated in a while due to lack of space i’d imagine, and with the recent financial problem will probably be a while before it’s updated again.
I could be completety wrong though.
