There was official soundtrack release for Spawn – In The Demon’s Hand (the catalog number is CPCA-1036). You can download it off of Shadowhaxor.net.
If you can’t find that site on your own, then you don’t deserve to have it for free.

Problem. I still can’t find it, even after looking on that site. I tried the MP3 player. No dice. I tried the forums. Only a request thread. Do I have to create an account? Because I am not going to do that. What do I do?

You can download a rip from Index of /s (http://dsf.joshw.info/s) and it should be playable it with vgmstream plugin (Thread 76405) installed.
