Trying a different approach: Still need help translating.

Sadly, no one has responded, most likely due to the inability to help, as it’s not an easy task. So that being said, I’lll try refining a way to ask:

Is anyone able to display the kanji displayed in the image as text, or does anyone know of a way to do so (text recognition program or something)? That way, at least if I have the kanji (kanji, hiragana, or katakana), I might be able to proceed from there myself.
