So who’s gonna buy Wii Fit?

Just curious. Anyone considering to buy it? Metacritic gives it an average score of 8.0, based on 35 reviews.

I would get it if it was cheaper, without a doubt, since I know the demand would be high and I like having things other people want even if I don’t necessarily want it.

It’s just the $90 price tag is too hefty a sum for me to really say "I WANT".

My aunt is getting one, and since she is the only one I know IRL with a wii that I play with frequently, that SORT OF makes me a future owner of a wii fit. sort of.

We are kinda fat though, so this is probably a good thing for us. Some of the games look fun and whatever gets people moving, I guess. Not everyone can go from couch potato to working out at the gym 4x a week and most people who do need exercise (in my experience) don’t necessarily feel comfortable at a gym at first or being the fat girl trying to jog around the block but at least she tries SHE COULD BE AT TEH VENDING MACHINE INSTEAD BUT SHES TRYING YOU KNOW QUIT STARING.

TBQH, I don’t think either of us will use it that much and I think its novelty will wear out kinda quick.

Even if I had a Wii, no. I really don’t dig these types of games, and I already have my own workout program.

I’d use it if I had one, but I don’t have the money and am motivated enough to exercise on my own anyways so I probably won’t get one anytime soon.

Also…

Most people already have rock-hard abs that are just covered in fat. Working them is okay but shouldn’t be anywhere close to your top priority. If you want a six pack the only way is to have a low BF%, not working your abs.
