(for completists, halloween theme main title (carpenter) could be added between tracks 4 and 5, before the bully kill, and myer’s house (carpenter) between tracks 10 and 11, and the first piano extract from the very end of the credits between 22 and 23 (played when laurie sees Michael out of the library window at school), and the same piece also between 37 and 38 when Michael carries her from the house 🙂 )
