Completion Report

Okay, completed this for the first time ever. Never finished 8 years ago ^^

Any ideas what to do next? A perfect game, No Level, what?
Most likely a no level which I’ll start making a perfect game when i get Ragnarok, and finishing the no level game, thus optimizng.

Ultimecia is a joke, she got about 5 turns in total (Griever’s turns included)…
Personally, I think that just two Toramas are harder, due to Lv5 Death and Petrify, combined with Confuse and high speed.

Passed Omega, because my chars are just too weak (well, I never tried them, but i’m pretty sure that I couldn’t handle Omega without Holy Wars), so I’ll save it for the new game with all stats maxed and so on.

If anyone wants to know my final char setup, and whether it’s possible to beat Omega, ask me for the save file. It’s on PC.

One more thing I don’t get: Why the hell is disc 4 so damn short? took like 2 hours game time…

Main party at level 100, Zell at 50’s, Quistis and Selphie at 46 and 45
Shumi Village sidequest
FH side quest
Half of QoC sidequest
Best weapons for everyone
All Limit breaks except Angelo Recovery, Angelo Reverse, Shockwave Pulsar
Most GFs at level 100
Got Odin and Gilgamesh
Completed CC sidequest
100 Phoenix Pinions (too easy)

Things I did NOT do:
PuPu sidequest
Omega Weapon
Obel Lake sidequest
Half of QoC sidequest
Battle Report
**** it, ima go eat a pizza.

Comments are welcome, but… *Wears Flame armor, Flame shield, and casts 666 Shells under a waterfall*

EDIT: Oh yeah, game time clocked at 71 hours. That 71 hours was during 5 days. Or was it 6? Dunno, playing for 30 hours straight messes you up.

Well, if you’re looking for things you could do, I’d start with the things you did not do.

Or just go all out and get max amount of each item, max friendship with GFs, max stats, etc.

Maxing stats sounds great.

Maxing items, including Rosetta Stones, Shaman Stones and Dark Matters?
No thanks, as getting 30,000 curse spikes takes a while ^^

To be honest I don’t see what you would want to max stats and items when there are plenty of other games to play. I would recommend playing something else rather than doing tedious things in a game that really have absolutely no value to them at all.

Of course if your dead-set on doing this then whatever.

I’m also in a CoD4 league, but I got too much time off, as I’m unemployed.. Having a break after school atm ^^
I switched to FF8 after Diablo 2, which I played for 4 months almost non-stop.
