Ar Tonelico music is the best.

I’ve poked around but the only links Ive found are to other uploads of the Hymnos Albums :/

Simply put, this topic hasn’t been posted in for a whole year (give or take). If you are still interested in getting this soundtrack (and you are not able to locate it elsewhere), let me know. I do this as a precaution in case you have lost interest.

(I find it interesting that this OST is still supposedely hard to find.)
