Here’s another 2D side-scrolling arcade fighting game of the past. This one had an awesome soundtrack to go along with its intense, challenging gameplay. I’ve uploaded it to Megaupload–enjoy!

Hi sbzro,

I used a program called "FOX M1". It works with the MAME emulator. You upload a game into the program, which then extracts all of the audio files from it. However, it doesn’t work with every game, but for most of the ones I have it works just fine.

Then to actually record the audio files, I used another program called "Audacity Audio Editor". It’s free to download and use. You’ll also need to download a small file called "lame.dll", which is free also. Just do a Google search for it. Audacity lets you record any sound playing on your computer, then you can save each individual audio file in MP3 or WAV format.

And for the record, storm’s incredible reach w/ her standard melee attacks makes her the only character I’ve seen who can attack bosses normally without getting interrupted.

She’s saved me so many quarters when I was younger.

Thanks for this! I spent days during my Freshman year of college playing this game in the campus rec center. I can still hear "Wendigo….Wendigo…..Wendigo" over and over in my head from playing this so much! :naughty:
