I remembered that about half a year ago I ripped all the music from this game. So I enter through here and find that music from nearly every game in the series has been uploaded except this one.
Wonder Boy 2: Monster Land, Wonder Boy 3: Dragon’s Lair, Wonder Boy 3: The Dragon’s Trap(/Curse), and the remake of Monster world Dynamic Hero.
Dynamic Hero is essentially the same game as this, but the music’s been rearranged and composed by someone else. Upload links to Monster World’s tagged MP3’s follow

Some of the music plays differently on the tv, particularly Queen Elenora’s Garden and one other. The other eighteen are just fine though.
Come to think of it, I didn’t see an upload for mp3’s from the original Wonder Boy or Westone’s final game Monster World IV.
