Good news! Search ‘The world ends with you OST’ on http://allbt.org/
Click the ‘Meganova’ link at the top of that page after searching and the OST is there! Not sure if that’s all of it, I’ll look around more. (I’ll seed the torrents after they finish downloading)

To open the file at the end you need WinRaR. Be sure to have it.
