Can someone please help me find these or if anyone knows of a link to a zipped file, please post it.
I have been searching for these soundtracks for ages and have had no success. Never has any videogame album been so hard for me to find as this one.

I’m seconding this.
Although, ever since Taiko no Tatsujin franchise began, they never released an OST. The most probable reason why is that, almost every song excluding the Namco Original ones are from various J-Pop/Videogame/Classical/Anime albums and/or soundtracks performed by various artists.
