The tracks in disc 1 are all new arranges, this was made because the OST for Fatal Fury 1 is too short. Every Neo-Geo Fatal Fury game had different title versions, one that says "Garou Densetsu" and another that says "Fatal Fury". The overseas versions say Fatal Fury.
Track 43 of DISC4 was included in the original releases, however, since it is very similar to the version from RBGD Special, it wasn’t recorded in its full length.
The disc for Wild Ambition, actually has the arrange soundtrack used in the PS version. It even has the new music for Duck King and Mr. Karate which were not available in the Hyper NeoGeo 64 version.
I think they have the soundtrack available at shadowhaxor but I’m not sure.

Also noteworthy is that the Neo Geo Collector’s Box’s version of the original Garou Densetsu soundtrack contains the voices for each of the characters. That was left out of the standard original Garou Densetsu soundtrack and the one found on the 15th Anniversary Box.
