why does everything have to have a live action movie these days?

gits is prolly the easiest to translate to live action. it’s the most down to earth realistic movie/series with like the most plausible future when speaking of technilogical advancements.

it’ll prolly just be another AI to him. lol. but idk about anyone doing the major any justice or anyone else. i always worry about the actors just not looking the parts. >.<

Ghost in the Shell is my top anime series.

i am super skeptical, especially regarding the major. she’s really cool and i wonder if they can cast anyone that truly captures her/loos like her (yes, i am a bit of a fanboy, lol). besides, i am so use to the voices in GitS:SAC, i don’t now if i’ll be able to watch the movies.

I really hope that they can get a women who’s voice matches Motokos.

She has a very cool voice.

This movie could very well be the next Blade Runner.
Or it could very well be the next Ultraviolet.
Really all depends on the cast and director. Speaking of which, I think Ridley Scott would make a good director.

idk if i’d like another ultraviolet. and this is coming from a somewhat hardcore milla jovovich fan. O_o

now that i think about it. i think it’s impossible to find a real life Major. such awesome personalities don’t exist in real life. and hollywood only likes to breed action bimbos that spew out duke nukem lines. >.<

That’s completely true.
But there might be some hope for the GitS movie. It really depends on who’s directing or who’s writing it.
