Supposedly it is a fourth possible title in the whole XIII thing. Thoughts?

There is nothing really to discuss. I think we can probably expect character designs to be handled by Nomura but besides that there is really nothing to go on.

On the grounds that Nomura’s multiple FF spin-offs are becoming tedious and uninteresting.

Isn’t it just the title and the logo that’s been done so far for that game? I’m not going to get to excited just yet.

this is only the second time I hear of Haeresis XIII. The first time almost a year and a half ago; I thought Square just cancelled the project just like with Chrono Break.

It seems ‘Haeresis’ is latin (I think) for ‘thinking differently’.

Perhaps this is the long awaited game that actually make you take the role of a villian for once, or perhaps the plot of the game circles around something more realistic from a different point of view.

Anyway, I hope its either of these things, although I’m more directed towards a playable villian role for once.

The Japanese only ever use foreign words because they think they sound cool. I wouldn’t read too far into it.

They should finish the first three games first and only then start announcing more and more…
