Hate to leave this thread with just those crazy videos. Here is few pictures of the real inside of FFXI. We all have a few of these screens shots, please add yours too.

Can we take screen shot with an Xbox 360?

I just tested this to make sure but as long as you have keyboard you can do it. Hit your white "Back" button first on the controller (with the game up) to clear the menus and chat line. Then on your keyboard hit the "Print Screen" key, most times its in the upper right corner of keys. You will see a copyright message flash at bottom off screen and when you hit "back" to see the menu’s you will 1~/200 Screen shot saved. Now you go out of game to the main menu and in the upper right corner there is series of icons. Go into your "file folder" and find the one marked screens. Inside there you will find your shots and then click on each one doing menu option "Attach". Now they are setup to Email to yourself or someone who can post them for you. You can attach up to 10 pictures to the email. Next move to top of the menu of the files and you will see "Compose Mail". Hit that and put in who your mailing to and it will then use you POL email that everyone gets with the game to send it out. Most people do not realize that they also have email account with POL that they pay for and can use for anything. You can even rename that mail account from the default numbers you get at startup, to anything you like 1 time and the account/billing menu.

I will be able to test it out in a few days, since im redoing my floor on the main floor and my TV is not plug-in for the next few days.

Cool, I am btw from Sylph server and roam the 3 nations at rank 10, I change alliances for various ls events like Garrison.

dang here i thought someone was still playing ….

I am on Sylph Server still though last night there was only 800 players for almost 2 hours. Populations are going down server wide I hear. Anyone else that play notice this ?

(btw i think that watch guys is spam)

Depends on the time of day and where about in the week you’re playing really. Weekends seem to be the busiest time for the game, not surprisingly, and even Square Enix has stated in the Vana’diel Census that as the day progresses the current server population for each server fluctuates in a set pattern.

Wait til Christmas time and you’ll suddenly see the servers explode into life again. 😉

P.S. Ignore the adbot. It’s been reported so an admin should deal with it shorty. 😉
