Hey, I know there are dozens of links for the SSBB soundtrack however I am looking for a soundtrack with only one download link. In other words, an ultimate soundtrack with one file and not split into many parts.

Won’t work unless you find a file hosting site offering over 1 Gigabyte of space for one file and someone willing to upload it.

This would still make two files, Sir. Brawl OST has, unpacked, 1,1 Gigabyte. Packed it maybe will have like… 5 to 10 MB less, but that would still make too much for that site.
