But thank you so much!
Lol this took some dedication.
The newest version of Winamp has native support for (.mp4) files. =)
I’ve listened to all of these files with headphones and high quality speakers and haven’t heard anything scratchy at all. o_O
My only guess is that perhaps some players don’t handle .mp4 files as well as others. Are you using the latest version of Winamp? Is anyone else experiencing this? I’ve been using iTunes for playing and listening to all of these files, except when I transfer them to my iPod. I only used Winamp in the conversion process, using the in_cube.dll plug-in to convert the .brstm files to. wav files.
would it be okay if i asked if you can do sound effects (voice overs) etc. ?
This was easy because the tags were in the game, all the sound-effects in the game are just numbers.
In fact, Skunk is the one handling sound-effects, so if you can you should thank her in her thread. She has more patience than I to sit through all of the sound-effects and figure out what voice-clip correlates to each action. She lives in Europe and doesn’t even have the game yet, now that’s dedication.
Any sound tracks request I’ll take though. =)

I just updated the player. But I am guessing it was Winamp that was screwing it up. I didn’t want to put that out there thinking that it was how it was recorded.
I also have a request, and I don’t know if this has been addressed, but I figured I’d might as well ask. If you could rip Red Steel’s soundtrack, that’d be sweet. I don’t know how much of a hassle that would be, but I’ve certainly enjoyed it.
I honestly prefer mp3 for I don’t use iTunes. iTunes doesn’t like my setup and likes to make itself default, even when you install it and tell it not to, it still likes to put itself on the top of the list and makes all my audio files open up in iTunes. So I just don’t bother with it. That, and I don’t have an iPod. I convert my cd’s via Creative Media Organizer or Windows Media Player.
I am, however, going to put the mp4 files on my SD card for my Wii. But having them in mp3 would be nice. That way I can make an mp3 CD, and I don’t want to have to convert all of them myself.
I’ll see about putting up an MP3 version eventually, it’ll just take a while.
I can’t seem to convert the file in iTunes… let alone get it into itunes.
Please assist.
Install iTunes, open iTunes, drag folder with music files into iTunes. Done.
If you want to convert the files to another format go into (preferences / advanced / importing) then just tell the program what format you want the files to be imported in. Wants you do that highlight the files you want to convert and go (advanced / convert selection to [mp3 / aac]).
It’s a really easy program to operate. If you’re not comfortable with it I’m sure there are other players that are capable of converting files.
