WOW! This is an OLD thread that I just stumbled across.

As far as I know Super Mario RPG never had an arranged album. However, there is an OSV album– http://vgmdb.net/album/536. This is one of the most expensive VGM albums I have come across, going for usually upwards of $US300.00 on Ebay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Super-Mario-RPG-CD-Japan-Music-Japanese-Anime-Manga-/291580688675?hash=item43e3903923:g:jt4AAOSwrklVchr L) .

Super Mario RPG was composed by Yoko Shimomura, and there are some arranged tracks from the game on one of her own arranged albums (also includes pieces from Legend of Mana and LIVE A LIVE series, highly recommended)– http://vgmdb.net/album/44072 .
