no it hasn’t, the quality is terrible.
the guitar sounds strange at 0:38 and besides that rasping sound, you can hear the encounter zoom and the track is too short after all.

Like spankyjones said, it’s on the Devil Summoner Sound Collection that came free with the Japanese version of the game. All the tracks missing from the OST were on it, including the normal battle theme, the town theme and final dungeon theme
