Yeah lol, I just realized how songs are actually split into several mp3s, but I’ll leave it until maybe the english translation comes out.

I wouldn’t have thought the soundtrack would be provided. Unlike Blue Rescue Team, the new games don’t have music, just scripts telling it what to play.

I wonder if it will even have english track names. I have named a few thought based on the name of the respective place in the game where it is heard.

I’m currently tagging this rip and putting together the few tracks that ended up as separate mp3s. I’ve got a lot done, but there’s a few songs I still need to hear just yet (I’m playing through the game). I’ve also found slightly higher-quality versions of some of the songs on Nicosound, but I’ll leave those separate for now and just deal with the rip provided in this thread.

Since I play the game like crack, hopefully I’ll be able to tag the seven or so songs I have left soon.

Just wonering, is this rip complete?

I scoped out some videos on Nico Nico Douga that had the entire soundtrack as two long mp3s and one short one. I extracted the sound, and chopped up the mp3s into an untagged somewhat of a gamerip.How did you do that? I couldn’t really care less for this soundtrack (I found the last PMD games atrocious), but I’d love to rip the sound from other Nico Nico videos.

Alot of Nico videos have a Nicosound page that has the audio. That’s where I got it. If not, you could always just rerecord the sound from the video.

I just finished tagging everything, piecing stuff together, and polishing up some stuff, and the rip is uploading to Sendspace as I type. I was a little unsure about replacing the original Credit.txt, so I included that and a new one in the archive.

I don’t much feel like stating every little thing I did to it here, but everything should be there, and if anyone does want to know something, feel free to ask. 😛 I’ll edit this post in an hour or so with the download link.

Track T-D.49 ("The Darkness") on that pack seems to be broken.

Aside from that, both rips seem far too low-quality for the purpose… someone needs to do these again. Unfortunately, 2sf isn’t so simple because these three games use an unorthodox music system that isn’t easy to handle.
