Here’s to hoping the dwindling system life of the PS2 doesn’t prevent an english localization.

That looks great, considering how well Persona 3 has done I would hope there will be an english translation, in the states at least, and I’m fairly sure I have read somewhere that Atlus are planning on sticking with the PS2 for a while as it’s more economical for them to produce games for at present

I find it weird that they might make this on PS2

Of course that’s weird, concidering the PS2 is still selling better than the PS3.

A Trailer (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GJt2ZnL9eTQ) has been released. The audio seems to lag behind a bit but this is the only one I could find that wasn’t uploaded in parts.

Those who have played P3 will notice some not so vague similarities to its predecessor. Hopefully they won’t rehash too much.

Yes it does look very similar to the last game, I presume they are mostly re-using the same engine. Still it does look very nice and the theme song at the beginning sounds very good. It is also unusual that all the characters appear to be wearing spectacles in the battle scenes which is something you do not see too much of.

One thing I don’t like is the yellowish theme. I want my blue back or at least make it green.

It is confirmed to be released on the PS2 platform.
