Hunter X Hunter, A Track Not Released?

I would like to request this Track from the Well known Anime Hunter X Hunter Please.
I have got all the OST without finding it in them, and i HAVE heard it in the Anime.

Info :
The First Hunter Exam, Where Everyone Runs Non-stop!
Near The End, Kurapika And Lorio Were Talking each Other
Kurapika says : I Hope You Become One.
Lorio : I am going to be a hunter even if i die.
Kurapika : No, i meant a Doctor
After that the Track starts.
I have asked about 4 Questions about it in every OST Forum i know, they said it was "Ohayou" [The first opening by Keno] but without lyrics only instrumental BUT In Hermonica.
I hope someone helps me.
