If you download CD2, if should have the japanese music. Its called "Clash of the 10 billion power" w/e.
If you are looking for the American music, then I can’t help you there.

The American music was some limited Faulconer stuff mixed with mostly American band music. Find the first Drowning Pool album for three of the songs; Disturbed: The Sickness had "The Game" on it, which was played during the first part of the Goku/Cooler fight. I honestly don’t remember the rest, but I can assure you that no soundtrack has ever been assembled for this movie in terms of the dub.
