I *think* the composer is a girl too. Ran into her website, listen to the samples and then downloaded the game. Not a very good game but apparently there is a cult following.

I think he is a guy. That profile picture is a trap, most likely. He’s been featured in an EGG Music podcast over here http://www.amusement-center.com/project/emusic/radio/index.php?itemid=284 – and didn’t sound female at all.
