Give her a break, she’s only ten, and going through the "Aeris phase". We’ve all gone through that, haven’t we? x)

And to answer the question; I’ve always liked Nanaki (Red XIII) and Cait Sith.

Nanaki and Cait Sith were actually my favorite characters (in terms of personality). I would make a snide remark about Aeris out of spite, but her character was, admittedly, pretty well done. She actually underwent character development, but then she died.
