Extract these files wherever and take the .DLL file inside of the ZIP and place in into Winamp’s Plug-in folder and the next time you boot Winamp up, you will be able to play these files. They are the original IMF files for the games.

I should have asked this before but do want the soundtrack for the original DOS version for Spear Of Destiny? I have the tracks for it converted to 160kbps and Wolfenstein 3D + S.O.D. share the same tune but S.O.D. had some new tracks added to it. I can remember only like 4 or 5 that were added.
