So let’s start with Odin Sphere’s theme, everyone probably already owns this one, anyway it’s easy to find… Please listen to the theme one time, eyes closed. Then a second time, reading the lyrics in the same time. (French lyrics, by the way.)

I am francophone, and I would have never, ever, ever, ever guessed that the lyrics to this song are in French. And even with them right before my eyes, while I listen to the song, I must strive to comprehend them. The singer’s accent is terrific, and the words are stretched so badly, it’s wow.

I thought it was japanese first time I listen to it, but I think there’s a japanese version of that track on the 2nd disc.

There is. Unfortunately, I haven’t been successful in retrieving the japanese lyrics on internet. The japanese version is called Shanachie version, maybe someone else will have more luck than I. If anyone finds them, could you please let me know? Thank you!
