Cause it’s not a game rip, but a rare official soundtrack.
(at least the 40th first tracks are ok)

Yes, i am nearly sure this track was added by the one who created the covers.
If you look at the bitrates, the whole soundtrack is on 192kbps CBR, but 41th track is VBR.

But thanks a lot, this one was an old rarity. 😉

Actually, speaking of the bitrate, is there any chance of getting this in 320kbps Mp3? Perhaps I ask a lot, I’m just wondering since it’s such nice music — I’d like to be able to do it full justice on my system. 🙂

This is definitely not a fan-made. It’s the real soundtrack heard during the game. And Track 41 (aka "Killzone Theme") comes from the game teaser that is played just after the opening. Surprising that it was not included by default in the OST.
