im stuck on the big tree type boss the first time everyone goes to the Iifa tree, i’ve defeated it before but could anyone give me any tips? thanks!

Soulcage is an undead monster so chuck a Phoenix Down at it to reduce it’s HP to 1.

Alternatively, throw an elixir or cast Life on him to kill him instantly.

Yes, but that would be a perfect waste of an Elixir for a job that can be done by casting Life, using a Phoenix Down, or just beating the boss like any other boss.

I jus throw howeva many phonix downs it takes, either 1 or 2, its been awhile since i played so cnt remember to well

Just use Life with Dagger.

if you prefer not to use any phoenix downs, you should be able to kill him easily, he only has 9999 hp, it isn’t really that hard. or have you been neglecting that dreadful fact that in almost every rpg you have to take some time off the sensational storyline to level? 😉

Vivi’s bio should be able to inflict 1100-2000 at that time, and all of your character should have body temp by now. Eiko should have already mastered phoenix if you need to revive someone. If you want to steal some items just be sensible and have the anti-bad status abilities equiped on.

This goes for everyone who is playing this game. let your characters learn every ability they can!

And for gods sake, don’t use fire spells!
