If you play the video, you can hear a spanish style chocobo theme playing for about the first minute or so. Can anyone tell me where that chocobo track is from?

It’s called Songo De Chocobo and it’s an unreleased track of the FF collection CD called "1987-1994"

Actually…I DO know what it’s called.
It’s from Final Fantasy V, and it’s called Mambo De Chocobo. It’s from an album called F.F. Mix, which came out originally in 1994, but was re-released in 2004. If you want more info, check this out:
