Why is Zidane Healing?

Ok so I took this game that I am playing now from my brother cause he had saved over my game for the third time, I was so frustrated about haveing to put some 45 more hours into another game for the fourth time so I took the one he saved over mine with…. So I don’t know really anything that he has done in it and he used a game shark to do things like give him unlimited gil and Zidane has already learned all of his abilities. So knowing all this, my problem is that Zidane heals my enemies when he attacks. I have taken off all of his abilities and armor and given him his weakest weapon hopeing that it was one of those things causeing the problem…. unforutunatly for me that is not the case. I have intentsionally let him die and finished a battle and I have let it game over but those things don’t work either. Anybody know what is going on? Can anybody give me any advice as to how to fix it. I really just want to finish this game, I started over 4 years ago and have yet to get to finish it cause I get to right before I enter Terra and somebody saves over it, so FRUSTRATING! So please help!

Chances are it is most likely a glitch caused by the gameshark. The only way to work around this would be to either completely start over or resume a saved game that takes place before the codes were activated.

So sad. I really just want to finish this game. I guess the moral of this story is hide ur memory card, lol, but I guess any good gamer knows that right! Thanx though, I will search the 20 memory cards we have laying around our house for a new game, I know I have seen some other unfinished ones. Hopefully not to far back in the game. You know all together I think I have over 150 it that game and am not able to say that I have finished it, but I do know the first two and half of disc three by heart, LMAO…

hey i am not the one who wanted to put the game shark in. I just have a 14 month old and don’t have time to start over again.

What you could do is play it on an emulator on the pc and download a save file from gamefaqs

Well sometime later i found the solution
you have tu put your gameshark disk and put this code: 83f74ce90000
this stops only the healing hit, healing hit and 2 abilities that arent for zidane
maybe someone need it
